In this role you’ll have direct access to the founders and work alongside them on a daily basis.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Trader to join our rapidly growing team and help manage and grow a suite of systematic strategies that trades tens of billions of dollars a month.

You will play a major role in helping to bring trading ideas and improvements from inception to deployment, and therefore intimately learn the lifecycle of maintaining and improving a robust HFT trading business. You’ll have deep involvement in the gathering and analyzing of data to inform strategy development and parameter tuning. Ultimately you will develop and hone the skills to ideate, architect, develop, test, deploy, and manage trading strategies across their entire lifecycle. As a result, you will also have a direct and measurable impact on P&L and commensurately share in the upside of the firm.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a quantitative trading firm (either tradfi or crypto native)
• Enthusiasm and strong interest in trading in the cryptocurrency industry
• A degree in a quantitative field of study
• Experience in reading a programming language
• Comfortable working (or learning to work) in a Linux command line environment
• Experience working with market data and relevant analysis tools

Nice to Haves

• Have experience coding own trading strategies or bringing trading strategies from inception to production
• Ability to use Github or other source control management to understand code diffs
• Experience and understanding of the various major crypto exchanges
